BROOKLYN, NY – Willie Edward Outlaw, 67, of Brooklyn NY, formerly of Windsor, died Friday, September 21, 2012 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 28, 2012 at the Church of God for All People Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the Outlaw Family Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
