JACKSON – Franklin Othello Knapper, 73, of Jackson died Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Wake Medical Center, Raleigh. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Allen Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, Jackson. Burial will be in the Edwards Family Cemetery. Faison’s Funeral Home, Seaboard, is handling the arrangements.
