GASTON – William Earl Phillips, 48, of Gaston died Wednesday, September 12, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 17 at Faithful Band Baptist Church, Pleasant Hill.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery. H.D. Pope Funeral Home, Roanoke Rapids, is handling the arrangements.
