ROGER, ARK. – Allen Lewis Cooper Jr., 29, of Rogers, Arkansas died Tuesday, September 11, 2012 in Virginia Beach, VA. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 15, 2012 in the chapel of Faison’s Funeral Home, Seaboard, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in the Jordan Family Cemetery, Margarettsville.
