WINDSOR – Mike Dempsey Rascoe, 86, of Governor’s Road, Windsor, died Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 3, 2012 at Indian Woods Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
