VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – Moselle Maddrey Comer, 93, died Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Chesapeake Health and Rehab Center, Chesapeake, VA.  Funeral service will be held at at 11 a.m. on Saturday, august 4, 2012 at Smith – Williams Funeral Home, Virginia Beach, VA. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday at Severn Cemetery, Severn. Massey Funeral Home, Jackson, is handling the arrangements.
