DURHAM– Cynthia Flood, 63, of Durham, a native of Hertford County, died July 10, 2012 at Duke University Hospital, Durham. A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 21, 2012 at New Beginnings Baptist Church, Murfreesboro. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
