MONTROSS, VA – Evelyn Deloatch Mitchell, 93, of Montross, VA, formerly of Northampton County, died Monday, July 9, 2012 in Montross, VA. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at the Second Baptist Potecasi Church. Burial will follow in the Mitchell Family Cemetery.
