AHOSKIE – Chester L. Jenkins, Sr., 78, of Ahoskie died Thursday, June 28, 2012 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 5, 2012 at City of Praise Church. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Ahoskie. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
