HANOVER, MD. – Elsie Barksdale, 67, of Hanover, MD, formerly of Branchville, VA, died Thursday, June 7 at her residence. Funeral services were held at on Saturday, June 16, 2012 in the chapel of Faison’s Funeral Home, Seaboard, who handled the arrangements. Burial was in the Rising Star Baptist Church cemetery, Branchville, VA.
