RICH SQUARE – Theresa Jacobs, 39, of South Main Street, Rich Square, died Monday, April 16, 2012 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 22, 2012 at Chapel Hill Baptist Church, Rich Square. Burial will be in the Branches Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery, Rich Square.
