ROANOKE RAPIDS – Shirley Scott Harris, 52, of Norfolk, VA, formally of Rich Square, died Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at Halifax Regional Medical Center, Roanoke Rapids. Funeral services were held on Monday, April 16, 2012 in the chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, Scotland Neck, who handled the arrangements. Burial followed in the Cumbo Chapel Church cemetery.
