WINDSOR – Fannie Berlin Williams, 92, of Beacon Hill Circle, Norfolk, VA died Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Chesapeake Health and Rehab Center, Chesapeake, VA. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness, Windsor. Burial will be in the Freeman Family Cemetery, Windsor.
