AULANDER – Elizabeth Liverman Baggett, 88, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 20, 2012.

She was a native of Herford County and a member of Aulander Baptist Church.

Mrs. Baggett was the widow of the late Walter Raleigh Baggett, Sr. and the daughter of Rosa Belle Stions Liverman and Tommy Jesse Liverman.

She is survived by her two sons, W. Raleigh Baggett, Jr and his wife, Faye, and Tommy Baggett and his wife, Susan; four grandchildren, Stephanie Baggett Casper and husband, Chris, Shanna Baggett, Chris Lee, and Kevin Baggett and wife, Laurie; and a great-grandson, Vann Baggett.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Aulander City Cemetery by Rev. H. B. “Jackie” Allen, Jr. The family will receive friends at her home following the service.
