WINTON – The Hertford County Black Leadership Caucus will be hosting a forum for the May primary election at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 29 at the Newport News Commuters Club Cafeteria (formerly the old C.S. Brown School) in Winton.

All candidates and the general public are invited.

This is an opportunity for all candidates to voice their concerns and their intentions for the well being of Hertford County.
