RICH SQUARE – Mrs. Hazel Davis Harrell, age 83 passed away March 15, 2012.

Mrs. Harrell was born June 15, 1928 in Murray County, Ga., the daughter of the late Onnie Keister Davis and Elsie Patterson Davis.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Edward Harrell; two sisters, Jean Fulmer and Betty Warrick; and a brother, Bobby Davis.

She is survived by her daughter, Marion H. Miles; two grandchildren, Melissa Taylor and Mitchell Vann; three great grandchildren, Stephanie and Caitlin Abrams and Michael Vann; two great, great grandchildren, Richard and Alexis Vann; her siblings, Ray Davis of Kill Devil Hills, Frank Davis and Wanda Barnes, both of Greenville, and Fred Davis of Petal, Mississippi; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held, Sunday, March 18, 2012 at Massey Funeral Home in Jackson with Rev. Adam King officiating.  Burial  followed at Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Rich Square, NC.
