MARIETTA, Ga. – Bessie Powell Shoulars, 87, of Marietta, GA, a native of Northampton County, died Saturday, February 18, 2012 at her residence. Funeral services were held on Friday, February 24, 2012 at Chapel Hill  Baptist Church, Rich Square. Burial was in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Rich Square, handled the arrangements.
