AHOSKIE – The Ahoskie Parks and Recreation Department is currently accepting applications for the 2012 basketball league for those 30 and over.

Sign-ups began Feb. 1 and will continue throughout the rest of the month.

All players must be at least 30 years of age.

There will be an entry fee of $325 per team to participate. Individuals seeking to participate will pay $30 and will be placed on a team.

There will be a meeting for coaches at 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25 at the Ahoskie Recreation gym which is located at 609 West Main street.
