OTISVILLE, NY – Frances E. Cash, 74, of Otisville, NY, a native of Gates County, died Tuesday, December 27, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at St. John A.M.E. Zion Church. Burial will be in the Drake Memorial Cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
