Al and Lynn Simmons of Ahoskie announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Victoria Simmons, to Caleb Brent Beacham, the son of Kenny and Kim Beachum of Windsor. The wedding is planned for Dec. 17 at Perrytown Assembly of God Church.
