MURFREESBORO – Emma Anderson, 87, of Murfreesboro, a native of Northampton County, died Saturday, October 15, 2011 at Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Jerusalem Baptist Church, Woodland. Burial will be in the Anderson Family Cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
