JACKSON – Gertrude Hughes Outland, 85, died Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Lutheran Home, Hickory. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, October 3, 2011 at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Massey Funeral Home, Jackson, is handling the arrangements.
