Keith Terry of Aulander and Cynthia Liverman of St. John announce the engagement of their daughter, Candace Jane Terry, of Aulander to Derek Hunter Jenkins of Aulander, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Greg Jenkins.  The bride-elect is the step-daughter of the late Wesley Liverman, formerly of St. John, and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Baker of Kelford.  The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Jenkins, and Alice Jenkins, all of Aulander, and the late Bobby Jenkins.  The wedding is planned for October 1 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Greg Jenkins, Aulander.
