JACKSON – Edward R. Ward, 71 of 116 West Anderton Street, Jackson, died Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at Halifax Regional Medical Center, Roanoke Rapids. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 5, 2011 at Cumbo Chapel Baptist Church, Rich Square. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
