WINDSOR – Kerley Elmer Willoughby, 72, of 1506 US Hwy 17-13 South, Windsor, died Sunday, August 28, 2011 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday August 31, 2011 at the Walker Funeral Chapel, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
