Rosemary Helmick Jobes

RICH SQUARE – Rosemary Helmick Jobes died at her home in Rich Square on Saturday, August 20, 2011.  She was a native of Norton, West Virginia.

Mrs. Jobes supported the Boy Scouts of America and was a very patriotic lady.  She was also a strong supporter of the Disabled Veterans of America.  Mrs. Jobes was a member of the Rich Square Baptist Church.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  She will be greatly missed by her family and all that knew her.

Preceding her in death are her husband, William E. Jobes, Jr.; a son, Douglas Jobes; and son in law, Harrison Fitzwater.

Surviving is her life mate, Mack Bullock of Rich Square; five children, Charlene Fitzwater of Fayetteville, David Jobes and Debbie Strange of Hope Mills, Virginia Celes and her husband, David, of E. Norriton, PA, Steven Jobes of Elizabethtown, PA and Kara Fox and her husband, Artie, of Fayetteville; and one sister, Margaret Ware of Elkins, WV.  Also surviving are seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at the Rich Square Baptist Church with the Rev. Bob Rogers officiating.  The interment will follow at 4 p.m. at the La Fayette Memorial Park in Fayetteville.

The family will receive anytime at the home of Mack and Rosemary.
