WINDSOR – Frank Carlton Cowan 87, of 129 US 13 North, Windsor, died Thursday, August 4, 2011 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday August 6, 2011 at the Windsor United Methodist Church.  Burial with military honors will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
