WINDSOR – Dorothy Harden Cowan, 86, of 129 US 13 North, Windsor, died Thursday, August 4, 2011 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday August 6, 2011 at Windsor United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
