EDENTON – Fred Phillip Wills Sr., 82, of  Holly Grove Road, Edenton, died Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at the Veterans Palliative Care Center, Hampton, VA. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 7, 2011 at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Hertford. Burial will be in Beaver Hill Cemetery, Edenton. Wilder’s Funeral Home Inc., Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
