WINDSOR – Fannye White Neamond, 89, of Windsor died Saturday, July 30, 2011.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at Ross Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
