The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Newsome of St. John and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Allen Davis of Lewiston. The groom-to-be is the grandson of Nan Johnson of Ahoskie and the late Marcus Johnson and also Donald Dilday of Ahoskie and the late Nellie Dilday. An August 2011 wedding is planned.
