WINDSOR – Earl Clifton Heckstall, 89, of San Souci Road, Windsor, died Sunday, July 3 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Peterson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Merry Hill. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
