AHOSKIE – The Ahoskie Recreation Department will host its second annual Football Basic Fundamentals Clinic July 27-28.

The event, which is open to aspiring football players ages eight to 12, will be held on the practice field at Hertford County High School. The clinic will run from 9-11 a.m. each day.

The clinic will feature Chowan University Head Football Coach Tim Place and his staff as well as Hertford County High School Head Football Coach Scott Privott and his staff.

There will also be special guests at the clinic.
