PLEASANT HILL – Otis Lee Gay, 60, of Pleasant Hill died Thursday, June 16, 2011 at Life Care Hospital, rocky Mount. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at the J.W. Faison Memorial Chapel of Faison’s Funeral Home, Seaboard, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in the Flythe Family Cemetery, Galatia.
