PINETOPS – Vashti Morris Vaughan, 83, of 114 School Street, Pinetops, a native of Bertie County, died Friday, June 10, 2011 in her home.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at Kelford Baptist Church. A private burial will be held in the Kelford-Roxobel Cemetery.  Jimmy D. Sawyer, Funeral Director Licensee, is handling the arrangements.
