Deborah Lassiter Chapman and Willis Hurdle announce their April 9 marriage.  The ceremony was on the beach in Kill Devil Hills amongst family and friends.  The bride is the daughter of Ella Lassiter of Eure and the late Tinkham Lassiter.  The groom is the son of Noah Hurdle of Sunbury and the late Elizabeth Layton Hurdle.  The couple will make their home in Kill Devil Hills.
