AULANDER – Moses Todd Jr., age 80 of Aulander, died Friday, April 29, 2011 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville.

Moses was born Jan. 18, 1931 in Bertie County. He was preceded in death by his parents, Moses Todd and Eleanor Todd; and a daughter, Joyce Anita Todd.

Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Betty Ray Todd of Aulander; and his son, Tony Todd and his wife, Cecilia, of Aulander.

A memorial service to celebrate Moses’ life will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at Aulander Cemetery with the Rev. Jerry Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends after the service at the home of Tony Todd, 401 Broad Street, Aulander.
