WINDSOR – Paula Katherine Smith, 83, a resident of the Brian Center, Windsor, died Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital, Greenville. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday April, 16, 2011 at Rosewood Memorial Park in Virginia Beach, VA. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
