WINDSOR – Edna Parks Willoughby, 92, of 109 Russell Lane, Windsor, a native of Gates County, died Tuesday, March 22, 2011 in Bertie Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 25, 2011 in Eure Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Cool Spring Baptist Church Cemetery. Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, is handling the arrangements.
