MURFREESBORO – George Washington Vaughan, 78, of Murfreesboro died Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 26, 2011 at Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, Woodland. Burial will be in Cumbo Cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
