WINDSOR – Katie Bell Peebles Wilder, 91, of  101 St. Elmo Street, Windsor died Friday, March 18, 2011 at Bertie Memorial Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 20, 2011 at Wilder’s Funeral Home Chapel, Aulander, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be at the Wilder’s Family Cemetery, Hexalena.
