William D. Wood Jr., 69, of Murfreesboro died Monday, March 7, 2011 at Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Nebo Baptist Church, Murfreesboro. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
