WINDSOR – Elsie Mourning, 84, of Windsor died Monday March 7, 2011 in Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday March 11, 2011 at the Refreshing Center, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Reynolds Funeral Homes, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
