WINDSOR – Louise G. Outlaw, 82, of 850 Governor’s Road, Windsor, died Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at the Brian Center, Windsor. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in the Gilliam Family Cemetery, Windsor.
