PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Elma Mae Blake Peele, 78, of 1500 Effingham Street, Portsmouth, VA, formerly of Lewiston, died Monday, February 21, 2011 at the Davita Dialysis Center, Suffolk, VA. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 27, 2011 at Woodville Plains Missionary Baptist Church, Lewiston. Burial will be in the Cofield-Blake Family Cemetery, Lewiston.
