WINDSOR – Doretha E. Harrell, 74, of 195 Cooper Hill Road, Windsor, died Monday, February 14, 2011 at Bertie Memorial Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 20, 2011 at Cedar Landing Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
