WINDSOR – Colie C. Smallwood, 97, of 1743 Indian Woods Road, Windsor, died Friday, February 4, 2011 at the Brian Center, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at Indian Woods Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
