ROANOKE RAPIDS – William Thomas Draper, 87, of Roanoke Rapids died Tuesday, February 2, 2011 at Halifax Regional Medical Center, Roanoke Rapids. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 4, 2011 at Galatia Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Cedarwood Cemetery, Roanoke Rapids.
