HAMPTON, Va. – Joseph Speller, 55, of Hampton, Va. died Saturday, January 29, 2011 at the Virginia Medical Center, Hampton, Va. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. There will be a private burial.
