SUITLAND, Md. – Rocky Lee Cowan, 84, of Regency Park Court, Suitland, Maryland, formerly of Severn, died Monday, January 17, 2011 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 12 noon on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at First Baptist Church, Severn. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Faison’s Funeral Home, Inc., Seaboard, is handling the arrangements.
